Downtown Main Street Revitalization

Hope everyone is enjoying the holidays!! Thought you might like to see some holiday pictures of one of Downingtown's successful revitalization projects. The Firecreek restaurant and Doghouse burgers moved into one of the old paper mills on Lancaster Avenue in 2009. Great place to have a bite to eat, or a holiday cocktail with friends and family. Main Street Village Development - Brownfield Redevelopment

Did you know that the Main Street Village neighborhood (formerly the O’Brien Machinery site) was the first Brownfield site in Pennsylvania to be remediated for a residential neighborhood?? Go Downingtown!!
